Raffo
Malfanti Pablo Andres brought to my attention that this AI would
not develop without enemies present. Now that was a valid point,
this release will fix it.
No change over
0.14.7 except AI will now finish starship even in single play (no
enemies). No performance improvements have been made, only
obstacles that hampered development have been removed.
A some minor
bug fixes.
