This release does not supersede
0.14.7.3. It is meant for use with seaworlds only
(about 30% land). The design point is a seaworld with 7
opponents. To conquer neighboring isles, aircraft carriers and
submarines are utilized.
Weak points: expands only on original isle, does not attack
neighbors on that isle early on, diplomacy only with these
neighbors. Totally helpless agains a bunch of SETIs .
Rather poor city development.
Strong points: Usually wins if it survives till it
gets airkraft.
No bugs found in more than 250
tournament games.
